A&A Tranzport dispatcher reviewing rate confirmations on laptop and monitor

You See Every Dollar Before You Accept

Most carriers hide their margin. We don't. Here's exactly how your settlement works at A&A Tranzport.

Step by Step

How Settlement Works

From the moment a load is posted to the money in your account — no black boxes.

  1. Broker posts the load

A load comes in with a confirmed rate from the broker or shipper.

  2. A&A shares the full rate con

We send you the actual rate confirmation — gross value and our margin, in writing.

  3. You accept or decline — no pressure

Your call, every time. The number is in front of you before you commit a single mile.

  4. Load completed

You run the freight and turn in your paperwork — BOL, POD, and any receipts.

  5. Settlement processed every Friday

We reconcile your loads weekly with a full, itemized breakdown — nothing hidden.

  6. Direct deposit to your account

Money lands by direct deposit. Deliver before noon and it can hit the next business day.

Settlement & Pay

Pay Questions, Answered Straight

Our operating margin is shown on the rate confirmation for every single load — typically around 12%. You see the exact dollar amount before you accept, so you always know your net before you commit.

Settlements process weekly and direct-deposit every Friday. If a load delivers before noon, your payment can land the next business day. No "net-30," no waiting on the carrier.

The signed rate con, your BOL/POD, and any lumper or scale receipts. Send them in after delivery and we handle the reconciliation — you'll get an itemized breakdown with your settlement.

No. The only deduction is the margin you already saw on the rate con. We don't run surprise escrow holdbacks or tack on mystery fees. If it isn't on the rate con, it isn't coming out of your check.
